LICENSE DETAILS

Licensee: Customer (You)

Licensor: Heyday Creative

Licensed Product: All designs available on the Heyday Creative Shop that you will purchase or have purchased (sold separately).

LICENSE GRANT

Heyday Creative grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Product for commercial puroposes. This license is valid for all designs available on Heyday Creative shop (sold separately).

PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may use the Licensed Product for producing and selling such products as DTF Transfers, Sublimation Transfers, UV/DTF Transfers, Iron-On Transfers, Printed/Cut Transfers, Vinyl Transfers and other similar items as long as the product is used to "transfer" our design.

PROHIBITED USES

• The Licensee may not resell, redistribute or share the original designs in any form.
• The Licensee may not claim the Licensed Product as their own creation.
• The Licensee may not use the Licensed Product for mass production.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, titles and interests in and to the Licensed Product remain with Heyday Creative. The Licensee acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing this license.

SEPERATE PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

The Licensee must purchase the design files seperatley. The Commercial License is valid for a single design or bundle available on Heyday Creative shop. 

TERMINATION

Heyday Creative reserves the rights to terminate this license at any time if the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Product.

PROOF OF RIGHTS

Upon purchasing the license, the transaction receipt will serve as proof of the Licensees rights. Please keep your order emails and payment receipts.

Please remember that we aren't responsible for trademark violations if you sell a design/quote/phrase which is trademarked in the category in which you are selling it. We suggest that you thoroughly research trademarks prior to selling any design you make or purchase.

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
